In private consultations I offer customized diet and nutrient supplement recommendations specifically designed for balancing your brain chemistry and stabilizing your mood. I have been trained by the pioneers in this neuro-nutrient therapy field and bring the most current and researched information to your consultation. I also offer on-going diet coaching and classes in this new and growing nutritional paradigm.
